How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your approximate purchase date
• The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• First-time subscribers: The refund guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase with TopSystems.
• Within 30 days: Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• After 30 days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
• Repeat refund requests: If you have previously received a refund from TopSystems and re-subscribed, subsequent purchases are not eligible for a refund.
• Subscription renewals: Automatic renewal charges are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and access to all TopSystems products will be revoked.
