TopSystems offers an all-access subscription at $99 per year. This subscription grants you access to all AI Agents, Notion Systems, and Legal Templates available on the platform.
Upon purchasing a subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all digital products available on TopSystems, including:

Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make available any products to third parties, whether for free or for a fee. Each subscription is for a single user only.
All content, products, designs, code, templates, branding, and materials available through the Service are owned by TopSystems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a usage license only — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your license to use the products is immediately revoked. Sections related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to resolve the dispute in a court of competent jurisdiction.
